This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out what you may and may not do when using the ARGOS service. It forms part of your agreement with Prymera Consulting Private Limited. We keep it short and sensible — the goal is a service that stays secure, lawful and available for everyone.
You must not
- Use the service to break the law, or to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any other criminal activity. ARGOS is a tool to support lawful compliance work, not to circumvent it.
- Upload or process data you have no right to process, or that infringes someone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other tenants’ data, or our infrastructure — including probing, scanning, or penetration testing without our prior written consent (see Responsible Disclosure).
- Interfere with or disrupt the service — for example through denial-of-service techniques, excessive automated requests, or attempts to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
- Attempt to defeat or manipulate the model or its safeguards, including prompt-injection attacks intended to exfiltrate data or bypass controls.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted in your agreement.
- Introduce malware, or use the service to store or distribute malicious code.
- Misrepresent the source or reliability of ARGOS outputs — for example, presenting an ARGOS answer as a definitive legal determination without the professional review it requires.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure and limit access to authorised users within your firm.
- Ensure you have a lawful basis for the personal data you put into the service, and follow your own regulatory obligations.
- Treat ARGOS outputs as decision support. As stated across our site, answers are cited to official sources — always verify critical findings against the primary sources before you act.
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you are breaching this policy — particularly where there is a risk to security, to other customers, or of legal liability — we may suspend or limit access, remove offending content, or terminate the agreement, in line with your contract. Where we can, we’ll give notice first; where we can’t (for example, an active security threat), we may act immediately and inform you afterwards.
